Mark's Bio...
Hi, I'm Mark Dixon. Thanks for checking out my bio.
FAVORITE FOOD: Dean's ribs at Explorers Point Restaurant.
FAVORITE MOVIES: Hands down, "The Godfather"
FAVORITE TV SHOWS: I'm a TV Land freak. Reruns of "3rd Rock" and the black and white "Andy Griffith".
FAVORITE RELATIVE: Isaac, Lab-American Bulldog mix, adopted from CHA in 08. The only family member I keep in touch with since my Mom passed.
FAVORITE COUNTRY SONGS: "People Are Crazy" by Billy Currington, "Red Light" by David Nail, "Ring of Fire" by Johnny Cash and "Rose Garden" by Lynn Anderson.
MARITAL STATUS: Happy (single.)
FAVORITE CARS: My 1956 Metropolitan. (below) I purchased it in 2009. The Met was the original gas-saving compact car - 32 mpg! Not bad for the 50's huh? Not great in speed, 0 to 60 in 5.5 minutes. Last summer, while driving to a car show in Ironwood, I watched nervously as the speedometer went down to 25 while going up Birch Hill.
WHEN I'M NOT ON THE AIR AT Z-93: You can find me either walking Isaac down the bike trail or working out at Chequamegon Health and Fitness Center.
